Prior to joining AFS, Frederik held various roles within fund administrators of alternative funds, building a deep understanding of operating models and regulatory expectations while leading teams through transformation and growth. Prior to joining Avega, Tobias began his career in Luxembourg in 2004 with leading international professional services firms. He has extensive experience in corporate and international taxation, cross-border tax planning, and reorganizations, advising multinationals, investment funds, and private equity firms, and has been involved in major international tax planning projects for Private Equity and Real Estate funds as well as European, US, and Asian multinational groups.
