Accountant - Real Estate (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the daily bookkeeping of our Luxemburgish companies
  • Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Liaising closely with clients, audit firms, lawyers and property managers
  • Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns
  • Cash monitoring
  • Follow-up on invoice approval and payment instructions

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or a similar qualification
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting and/or Audit, ideally in Luxembourg
  • You have a strong knowledge of national accounting standards
  • You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to clients
  • You have great skills in Excel
  • You are fluent in German and have advanced skills in English

(Senior) Compliance Officer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities
  • Performing the due diligence on new clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for new clients
  • Opening of bank accounts for newly incorporated companies
  • Periodically evaluating existing clients according to established policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
  • Maintaining continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
  • Support for the annual FATCA/CRS reporting requirements
  • Periodically reviewing existing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing of new requirements
Your Profile
  • You can show proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar function in Luxembourg
  • You have an excellent understanding of AML regulations (monitoring and screening) and CTF framework
  • You demonstrate a high degree of client and service orientation
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You are fluent in English and German

  • You have a strong client orientation, always willing to meet their individual expectations

  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of German and/or French
