Valuation Analyst (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform valuations using a variety of techniques within the context of: transactions, lending decisions, corporate law matters, tax matters, accounting matters
  • Perform the valuation of private equity, private debt and other hard to value assets
  • Perform the valuation of real estate
  • Financial modelling and valuation of listed and private businesses and assets using market best practices (notably DCF, transactional and trading multiples)

  • Modelling of corporate planning’s using integrated Excel models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, sensitivity analysis, covenants)
  • Financial Due Diligence-analysis

Your Profile:
  • University degree in finance or economics
  • Ideally CFA qualified or at least completion of CFA Level 1
  • Four to five years of experience in the valuation/corporate finance sector
  • Ability to think analytically and conceptually, flexibility, strong communication skills, enjoyment of work in an international and intercultural environment
  • Analytical skills and understanding of mathematical finance and financial modelling skills
  • Proficiency with financial research tools and databases
