Your Responsibilities
  • Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish companies
  • Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters
  • Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
  • Preparing consolidated annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS
  • Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis
  • Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders‘ meetings
  • Supervising and coaching of junior accountants
  • Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms, lawyers and asset managers
Your Profile
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or similar qualification
  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg
  • You have strong knowledge of national and international accounting standards
  • You are proficient in preparing consolidated accounts
  • You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to clients
  • You have excellent skills in Excel
  • You are fluent in English and German

(Senior) Compliance Officer (m/f)

Your Responsibilities
  • Performing the due diligence on new clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for new clients
  • Opening of bank accounts for newly incorporated companies
  • Periodically evaluating existing clients according to established policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
  • Maintaining continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
  • Support for the annual FATCA/CRS reporting requirements
  • Periodically reviewing existing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing of new requirements
Your Profile
  • You can show proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar function in Luxembourg
  • You have an excellent understanding of AML regulations (monitoring and screening) and CTF framework
  • You demonstrate a high degree of client and service orientation
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You are fluent in English and German

Your Responsibilities
  • Organization and preparation of board, shareholders´ and other meetings
  • Maintenance of registers and other corporate documents
  • Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies

Your Profile

Paralegal (m/f)

Your Responsibilities
  • Drafting standard corporate documents (eg. board minutes, incorporation deeds, shareholders resolutions, agreements)
  • Preparing, attending board and shareholders meetings and taking minutes
  • Preparing and reviewing standard agreements
  • Accompanying the entire life cycle of the companies
  • Tracking and checking legal documents (signature, legalization, apostille …)

Your Profile
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar position in Luxembourg gained either at a Luxembourgish notary, law firm or in the domiciliation sector

  • You are highly organized and have the ability to work independently
  • You are proactive and eager to learn with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You have a perfect command of English and good skills in German
