Legal Assistant (m/w) – [Ref.: L-LA-0419]


Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of registers and other corporate documents
  • Organization and preparation of board, shareholders’ and other meetings
  • Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
  • Filing and administration of legal documents
  • Correspondence in English
  • Liaison with notaries and international law firms


Required qualifications and experience:

  • Previous exposure to corporate governance or first work experience as a Legal Assistant would be considered as a plus
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office-package
  • Fluency in English and good command of French; Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset
  • High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
  • Analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
  • Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
