Your new duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation / review of the accounting of our Luxembourgish companies
  • Independent preparation of annual accounts on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual basis according to LUXGAAP as well as international accounting principles
  • Independent preparation of consolidated annual accounts according to LUX GAAP
  • Preparation of financial reporting’s, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Point of contact for ad-hoc client requests
  • Liaison with tax consulting firms, audit firms and lawyers

 

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Studies of economics with an accounting, audit or controlling background or similar qualifications;
  • Several years of professional experience in Accounting and/or in Audit
  • Knowledge of national accounting standards is mandatory; International accounting standards are considered as an advantage
  • Knowldege of Securitisation is considered as an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office-package is mandatory; Knowledge of the accounting software „BOB Sage“ is considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French and German are considered as an advantage
  • You are used to work independently but also enjoy to work in a team;
  • You can convince with a good sense of responsibility.

Legal Counsel (m/f) [Ref.: L-LC-1119]

 

Your new duties and responsibilities:

  • Independent management of a portfolio of Soparfis (especially in the areas of private equity, credit and real estate)
  • Corporate Housekeeping (preparation of board and shareholders´ meetings including preparation of minutes and other legal documents)
  • Ongoing legal support of the Soparfis
  • Correspondence in English
  • Liaising with notaries and international law firms

 

Required qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in Law
  • Work experience of 3 – 5 years, ideally in a Luxembourg law firm or a Luxembourg Fiduciaire / Trust Company
  • Good knowledge of (Luxembourg) corporate law
  • Fluency in English and good command of French; Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset
  • High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
  • Analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication and networking skills

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience
