VAT Compliance Senior Assistant/Manager (full- or part-time)

Your responsibilities:

  • Review and preparation of VAT returns
  • Maintenance of tax records and follow-up on all relevant filing deadlines
  • Preparation of Luxembourg ad-hoc tax advice
  • Point of contact for the accounting team for any kind of tax related questions
  • Proactive follow-up on new tax developments affecting our client base

Your profile:

  • Degree in economics or finance ideally with a tax specialization
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Luxembourg taxation
  • You are fluent in English and German or French
  • High integrity and strong commitment to client service
  • We rely on team spirit and you should be able to integrate
  • You should be able to work autonomously

Administrative Assistant (full- or part-time)

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling of all administrative aspects of our team (e.g. preparation of proposals, filing, scanning, and archiving of documents)
  • Assisting other team members in the daily work
  • Coordinate and handle all administrative aspects of our team, including preparing proposals, gathering required documents and coordinating various assignments

Your profile:

  • Secretarial education with at least 3-4 years of professional experience
  • You are fluent in English and German or French
  • Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High integrity and strong commitment to client service
  • We rely on team spirit and you should be able to integrate
  • You should be able to work autonomously
