Junior System Administrator (m/f)

 

As a Junior System Administrator in the field of Client Support, you ensure operational IT operations across our entire IT infrastructure.

Your new duties and responsibilities:

  • Support of user with IT-problems (First-Level-Support)
  • Configuration and installation of client systems
  • Support in the conceptualisation of client hardware and workstations
  • Cooperation in IT projects
  • Creation of documentation

 

Required qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in informatics / IT-Specialist or similar education
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • First experiences in the handling of Windows servers and virtualized infrastructures
  • Secure handling of the usual office software (MS-Office, Adobe, etc.)

 

Your profile:

  • Fluency in German is mandatory ; Good knowledge of English
  • High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
  • Analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
  • Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-orientated environment

Compliance Officer (m/f) [Ref.: CP-AKS-0220]

 

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk as-sessment for new Clients
  • Responsible for opening of bank accounts for newly incor-porated companies
  • Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to estab-lished policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
  • Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
  • Responsible for a good understanding of AML regulations, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of FATCA/CRS KYC client identification obliga-tions
  • Understand the connection between KYC and Account Re-porting requirements and processes for FATCA and CRS
  • Prepare and submit towards Luxembourgish Tax Authorities for FATCA and CRS
  • Specific projects which may rise from time to time

 

Required qualifications and experience:

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position
  • Good understanding of AML and CTF framework
  • Experience with AML monitoring and screening is an ad-vantage
  • Compliance qualification is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
  • You are used to work independently but also enjoy to work in a team
  • You can convince with a good sense of responsibility
